Terms of service

1. Scope of services

Ocean Labs provides website design & development (Landing Page, Web App, E-commerce), n8n automation, and VPS/domain support as agreed in writing (email/Zalo/contract).

Project-specific scope is recorded in the brief and quote. Out-of-scope work is quoted separately.

2. Payment

Payment is 100% after completion and handover — no deposit.

Invoices/receipts are issued after payment as agreed.

3. Not satisfied — don't pay

If the delivered product does not match the agreed contract/brief, you may refuse payment and decline handover.

Conditions: specific feedback during the agreed review window; refusal must be based on deviation from signed scope, not a change of mind after approving mockups/stages.

Process: send reasons in writing → Ocean Labs fixes within the commitment or both parties end with no fee if the fault is Ocean Labs'.

4. 12-month warranty

Every website package includes a 12-month warranty from handover and payment.

• Included: functional bugs vs contract description; display/responsive issues on agreed browsers; security issues caused by Ocean Labs code.
• Excluded: scope changes or new features; issues from client code edits / plugins / hosting changes; third-party API or policy changes (VNPay, GHN, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Meta, Zalo OA…); client-entered content/data; domain/VPS renewal after the promo.

5. Two free update rounds in 12 months

Principle: Reuse what exists = free. Create something new = separate quote. No hour cap.

• Allowed: change copy/images/contact info in bulk; change colors, fonts, order, layout of existing sections; add/remove fields in existing forms; add one static page using an existing layout; change notification email/Zalo; replace banners/sliders/portfolio images; edit SEO title/description on existing pages.
• Not allowed: new business modules (orders, bookings, chat); adding locales; new payment or shipping providers; pages with custom logic/data tables; new third-party API integrations; full-site redesign; hosting or stack changes; new automation workflows.

6. Source code ownership

After full payment and handover, the client owns the project source and digital assets as agreed.

Ocean Labs may keep a copy for warranty and portfolio (per the agreed display mode).

7. VPS & domain promo

Free 6 months VPS + 1 year domain applies to the first 10 clients each month.

Activated only on handover and payment — never granted in advance.

After the promo, VPS is billed at the published rate (from 150,000 VND/month).

8. After warranty

Work after the 12-month warranty is quoted case by case. Small fixes: contact Ocean Labs.
